The room was not soundproofed well. I could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. Cleaning staff used a vacuum cleaner in the corridor at 9 a.m., a time I consider inappropriate. This greatly disturbed my sleep, and better sound insulation is needed.

the hotel was very clean. the staff provided amazing service! bruno from the reception gave perfect recommendations. i appreciated the central location of the hotel. i enjoyed a welcome pastel de nata, complimentary coffee, and bottled water. the room had a coffee station and a safe.
I experienced some noise issues, there was a lot of drilling from early hours into the afternoon. The walls seemed thin. i could clearly hear other people moving around, doors closing, and hallway sounds. this affected my ability to rest comfortably in the room.

the hotel is in a great location close to the metro station the walk was short. i also found many restaurants nearby i ate at different places. there were complimentary sweets in my room i thought that was a nice touch. the staff was friendly and helpful they always greeted me with a smile.
during my stay, the elevator got stuck once i was inside so i had to wait a few minutes to get out.

the area surrounding the hotel includes numerous restaurants and cafes i discovered many local eateries within walking distance. many options offered traditional cuisine and international dishes i noticed fresh seafood being offered. the variety ensured i found something suiting my taste each day.

the hotel's proximity to public transport made getting around easy the metro station was very close. i walked to several attractions because of the central location i found it convenient. i had easy access to shopping areas and historical sites i appreciated the walkability.

The location was great. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful . Breakfast at the sister hotel nearby was a great way to start the day (especially the fresh pastries).
My room felt quite dark as the windows faced some sort of internal area. It was hard to see anything without the lights on all the time. The led lights on the tv were annoying at bedtime and kept me awake.

The location is great. The metro is only two minutes away. this hotel is near shopping streets making it easy to find anything. the room design has a modern feel and retro touches. the bed was big and comfortable. I slept well .
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear hallway noise sometimes? it was minor but noticeable.
